Gene’s Tire & Towing

We had a great experience. We had a flat on the interstate and within 30 minutes someone was out to assist. Other companies were going to be more than two hours. Tristen was friendly and knowledgeable about our particular vehicle and the spare was on very quickly! In the end, the price was a little less than what we were originally quoted, and I appreciate the honesty in that. They could have easily just charged the original amount quoted. We would definitely call them again!

Nathan rescued me the other night. My battery was dead again and I just picked their number at random. He was technically off work but I live on his way home. So about 8:30 he stopped and jumped my car. It wasn't easy and it took awhile. He knows his stuff about cars and I learned some things while we waited. Nathan was helpful, polite, and kind. I think I would call them instead of AAA in the future

Called them after having a 5” tire blowout on I-80! Nathan showed up within 40 minutes (we’ve waited for Other companies for 2-3 hours) Nathan was kind, knowledgeable and I don’t have enough positive adjectives to say about the service we received! Nathan arrived with a smile, loaded my vehicle with great caution and consummate professionalism. PLEASE call Gene’s towing service if you ever find yourself in the kind of situation where you need help!!

Genes towing was on time and did the job very well. I couldn't ask for a better tow job. We walked around the bus together, look at the bus for any damage and explained how he was going to tow it.

This is pure opportunism; they’re exploiting people and aren’t helping customers in any way—neither with pricing nor with a sense of moral responsibility. This experience is nothing more than an example that makes you think humanity is dead. It’s one of the most useless places I’ve ever seen in America—or in my entire life. Don’t get stranded on the road—don’t call these guys. The guy didn’t even need to do anything to the two tires you see in the photos—they didn’t even need air—yet he asked me for $300 just to put them on, and they tried every trick in the book to squeeze extra money out of me to remove those flat tires from the rims. They come from ten miles away—not that far—and they don’t care about what the customer says or anything else. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I clearly stated that I wouldn’t share photos or write a review here, and right now, I’m doing exactly that.
